The goals of the project will be presented at the press conference, activities completed and results achieved.

Pursuant to Art. 50, para. 1 and para. 2, item 2 of the European Structural and Investment Funds Management Act (ASUSIF) in connection with the Decree of the Council of Ministers №160 / 01.07.2016, regarding the implementation of a project named "Optimal Energy Consumption in Ecoinvest EOOD" under contract No. BG16RFOP002-3.001-0399-C01, grant award procedure BG16RFOP002-3.001 "Energy efficiency for small and medium-sized enterprises" with the financial support of Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020
I DECIDE: According to Art. 1, para. 1 and para. 2 of Decree No. 160 / 01.07.2016, to open a procedure for selecting a contractor through "PUBLIC INVITATION" under the following conditions:
Subject of the procedure: "Delivery, installation and commissioning of an extruder plant for the production of plastics - 1 item"
In connection with the implementation of project No. BG16RFOP002-3.001-0399-C01 "Optimal energy consumption at Ecoinvest Ltd."
The overall objective of this project is to achieve optimal energy efficiency and increase the polymer production capacity of ECOINVEST Ltd. through investments in new production equipment and the introduction of an energy management system.
Project is executed under Operational Program "Competitiveness and Innovation" 2014-2020, PROCEDURE "improving the production capacity for SMEs" business beneficiaries "Ecoinvest" Ltd. On April 20, 2016 held the first press conference on the implementation of the project "Ecoinvest OPTICS PRIME" under the Innovation and Competitiveness Program 2014-2020, implemented by one of the leading enterprises in the region - Ecoinvest Ltd.

The project is implemented with the financial support of Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria. The planned activities are part of the enterprise's strategy to increase competitiveness by reducing energy, materials and maintenance costs, increasing capacity and increasing production quality. The overall goal is to reduce energy consumption and increase the efficiency of recycling plastics.
